Naser Alnachas is a 5th year Architectural Engineering student in the construction management option at Penn State University

through his college career, naser gained a variety of backgrounds in the construction industry through internships with the Municipality in Abu Dhabi, Sand Hill Properties Company in California, and Abu Dhabi Investment Authority. While working in the Municipality, Naser had shadowed the urban planning manager and gained insider's knowledge in terms of the city planning/codes. The following summer, he was hired as a project management intern for the final phase of Main Street Cupertino. In the process Naser was introduced to actual pay applications for a project in Cupertino, CA and also was responsible for the tenant close outs, as well as, adjacent properties close out. As for Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), it presented Naser with a different look on his role as a construction manager, where he was the owner in this situation, analyzing the properties and thefeasibility of each project.
